Blackcurrent Jam Muffins

These heap of muffins came about because the jam was on the verge of ended of being tossed into the bin (I saved it!). Jam muffins are always nice; I like the tartness of the fruit flavor. Weekends, please come fast so that I can experiment with more crazy jam fillings!



















And of course, one chocolate chip one for the bengua. I made this with kaya filling!
